So Suite Properties are a firm of Chartered Surveyors and property consultants. We provide wide ranging commercial, professional and estate agency services to owners, public sector organisations, charities, religious organisations, private buyers, developers, investors, managing and estate agents and other occupiers. Our range of services include every aspect of property consultancy, rent reviews and lease renewals, surveys, valuations, business rates, party wall matters, project management, acquisitions, lettings and sale by private treaty.
Our valuation and professional services department is lead by a hands-on, fully qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in surveying and valuing properties in N, NW, E and W London postcodes, and in and around corridors of the M25.
While our sales and lettings department is headed by one of the founder-directors with over ten years experience in buying, selling and letting properties.
