Tunde Atoyebi is a chartered surveyor and the director responsible for valuation and professional matters. Tunde has over twenty five years experience in property valuation and management. He has worked both in the public and private sectors, including financial institutions dealing with residential and commercial properties.

He has extensive experience in commercial rental valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and assignments. He has represented various clients at Arbitration and Independent Expert Hearings.

In the last twenty one years, Tunde has worked with both corporate and private investors in the areas of property acquisition and investments. More recently, he has been involved with secured lending and compulsory purchase orders.

Kenny is the head of the Agency Department and a director of So Suite Properties (Chartered Surveyors). Kenny is a product of the London School of Economics and previously worked as an information analyst in the IT and utility industries.

He successfully transferred his analytical skills to property sales, lettings and management and hasn’t looked back since! Kenny has over 12 years’ experience in property sales, lettings and management. Apart from being hands-on in the management and day-to-day running of So Suite Properties (Chartered Surveyors), Kenny is also studying for a post graduate degree in estate management at the College of Estate Management (University of Reading), as well as doing a parallel APC programme towards his qualification as a chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Kenny enjoys jazz and lives locally.

Franklin graduated from Engineering Product Design at the London South Bank University in 2003.  He has worked as a senior sales consultant and accounts manager for some of Britain’s best known high street retailers; and recently as an assistant branch manager for a nationwide storage facility provider. 

Franklin has lived in London since 1991 and joined So Suite Properties’ (Chartered Surveyors) Lettings Department in 2010. Franklin brings his knowledge and managerial ability with considerable customer facing experience to So Suite Properties (Chartered Surveyors) with candour.

Laura is an Economics graduate. Laura works in accounts and her tasks include handling client money, reporting to clients, credit control and purchase ledger, amongst other responsibilities. Laura is also studying towards her ACCA qualification.
